Ongoing VM partnership since 2017, managing Mammut's retail and wholesale presence across Germany and Switzerland. Our team handles regular collection rotation, window dressing, zoning adjustments, and POS tool placement – all aligned to Mammut's VM guidelines.

Beyond regular visits, we created Mammut's VM guidelines, deliver staff training on maintenance and brand standards, and support trade show and showroom builds throughout the season.
