1. What are cookies?

3. Managing and withdrawing consent

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

•    Squarespace session and security cookies: required for website operation, load balancing, fraud prevention and form functionality. Provider: Squarespace Ireland Limited. Retention: session up to two years.

•    Cookie consent cookie: stores the consent you have given. Provider: Squarespace Ireland Limited. Retention: up to twelve months.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

•    Squarespace Analytics: analysis of website usage, such as pages visited, time spent and approximate origin. Provider: Squarespace Ireland Limited. Retention: up to two years.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

•    Google Ads conversion tracking: measurement of the effectiveness of our advertising. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Retention: generally up to 90 days.

5. Transfers to third countries

The providers we use are based in Ireland but belong to groups headquartered in the United States. Transfers of personal data to the USA are therefore possible. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and on the certification of the respective parent companies under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Please note that the level of data protection in the USA is not fully equivalent to that under European law and that access by US authorities cannot be entirely ruled out.

6. Your rights

You have the data subject rights described in our privacy policy, in particular the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection under Art. 21 GDPR and withdrawal of consent.
