The Place is designed as a destination in its own right – hotel, co-working space, and lifestyle hub. Our brief covered public areas, co-working zones, outdoor spaces, and guest-rooms.Our Approach
We approached The Place to reflect its creative, performance-oriented community without feeling corporate. Wall art and art objects sit at the intersection of sport, design, and culture. Books are curated around design, sport, and creativity – titles that reflect the hotel's unique guest profile. Cushions and plants add warmth to guest-rooms and public areas. Board games encourage social interaction in co-working and lounge zones.
