Overview
Long-term pan-European VM partnership supporting Nike's own brand stores, key wholesale accounts, and showrooms across DACH from 2014 to 2021. Our VM team acted as the direct link between Nike's global brand standards and the reality of hundreds of different wholesale shop floors.
We managed the full VM calendar in alignment with Nike's annual marketing plan – covering regular floor visits, seasonal campaign rollouts, new collection launches, store openings, and showrooms.
