Scope
Pan-European visual merchandising partnership supporting Nike’s own brand stores and key wholesale accounts across four regions. The VM team acts as the direct link between Nike’s global brand standards and the reality of hundreds of different wholesale shop floors.
What we delivered
Regular VM visits to all key wholesale accounts across DACH. Seasonal campaign execution and new collection rollouts aligned with Nike’s annual marketing calendar. Store openings and trade show VM support. Brand liaison role between Nike and retail partners. Real-time digital reporting via B2B platform with before/after imagery and feedback forms. The partnership began in DACH and expanded to Benelux, UK, and Scandinavia based on results.
Impact
Consistent brand execution across hundreds of doors per month. Extended from one region to four based on VM quality and reporting standards.
