Overview
Nestled in the Bavarian Alps south of Munich, Flesslers required a singular identity as a Tribute Portfolio property – place-specific and characterful rather than a branded product. Our brief covered public areas, restaurants, bar, and outdoor spaces, demanding a confident blend of Alpine warmth and contemporary styling.

Our approach
We sourced extensively from Bavarian artisans, local markets, and independent designers. Cushions and soft furnishings were chosen in natural textures – wools and linens that evoke Alpine craftsmanship. Iconic objects tell a story. Wall art came from regional artists. Books celebrate Bavarian culture and the wider world of design. Planters anchored the exterior areas and connected inside to the surrounding landscape.
